Today, I am featuring my ready-to-go summer style. The linen sarouel skirt is from amalthee-creations. These pieces are hand-made in the south of France. This is a linen sarouel skirt in a sunny straw color. The linen scarf I ordered in the same color is used as a wrap belt to give me more coverage at the waist since the top is SO cropped.
The top is a silk/cotton mix with an antique kimono insert. I had it made for me by a shop on Etsy using the measurements from my favorite Zara kimono top. This top came back shorter than expected, though.
This outfit is created from a dress and kimono top from Amalthee-Creations. I opened the dress in the front and layered it over my black jersey Eileen Fisher harem pants. The resin bead necklace if from a shop in Canada, Shonmodern. It is a Japanese design made with faceted rectangle beads. I can double-wrap this necklace or wear it long. Sharryn, from The Stylish Woman, featured both of these shops on her IG account. I took the next step after seeing these posts on her account and did some exploring. I liked what I saw!
A closer look at the outfit. The lariat necklace is from LuvAJ and the earrings are from Adornmonde…both California based companies.
Here is the Amalthee-Creations dress without the kimono. I have the Shonmodern bead necklace and Modzori sandals with it. The hat is from Sole Society ( this hat is no longer available at the online site, but I have included a link for other fabulous hats on sale there, now)
A little straw bucket bag from Zara and vintage black bakelite bangles finish off this summer style outfit.
